Most company origin stories sound like a corporate boardroom pitch. Ours started with two dudes at the VA sitting around, comparing notes on how absolutely fucked up we were.
Turns out, that shared madness was the secret sauce.
We took the dark humor, the chaos in our heads, and the military discipline to actually execute, and built Kevlar & Calm. Every design comes straight from our brainwaves—slightly unhinged, heavily battle-tested, and built for people who appreciate the grind (and the joke).
